The most successful rock'n 'roll quintet in Germany had a blast in Freising.
And the audience too.
Freising
- With the cult group Bopping'B, the summer wonder started on Sunday for the Lindenkeller beer garden too.
Actually, the rock'n'rollers should have ushered in the music festival, but the original kick-off on July 8th had to be postponed due to the weather.
This time, however, there was sunshine for an energetic performance in the best Star Club manner: Already during the first number it tore people from their chairs.

The most successful rock'n 'roll quintet in Germany has been around since 1985, but they haven't lost any of their power over the years. They already proved this with the first number, which transformed the beer garden, which had been quiet until then, into a powder keg. The sound, once again Rudi Spindler on the controls, was crystal clear and the volume was perfect - and it was not without, as it should be for Rock'n'Roll. Her songs are always a loving homage to the good old rockabilly days and the original compositions usually sound as if Jerry Lee Lewis wrote them in the best composing and writing mood. Rough but not dirty, always a mix between flashbacks and the modern world. The band can draw endlessly from their repertoire, but of course that's not all: The stage performance is unparalleled.Or to put it another way: The musicians really let it go and bow visually to the column saints of the 1950s and 60s.
Good mood sound blows away corona fatigue
With their good-mood sound, they effortlessly knocked the corona fatigue out of the audience's all-star sneakers - and the first couples who were crazy about dancing were driven to the center of the beer garden to present the finest rock'n 'roll dances on the gravel .
There was probably seldom so much dancing at one of the concerts in the Lindenkeller beer garden - also a sign that something is slowly returning to normal and people are hungry for pure life.
Singing along was not allowed, but clapping along - always in the direction of the stage to “aerosol dilution”, as the musicians suggested, because they were all vaccinated if necessary.
Bopping'B showed itself in Freising as a turbo ignition of the culture at the Lindenkeller and they inspired young and old with it.
A treat for Springsteen fans: The slider "I'm on fire" gallantly transformed into a pulsating Eddie Cochran number that even surpassed the original.
Of course, Bopping'B would have provided the perfect summer soundtrack for the start of the summer wonder.
However, the band is actually always in the right place at the right time.
