Lebanese President General Michel Aoun called for the necessity of informing the General Secretariat of the United Nations of the continued violation of Lebanese sovereignty by the Israeli occupation forces.
The National News Agency stated that Aoun asked the Minister of Defense and the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in the caretaker government, Zina Aker, to inform the permanent representative of Lebanon to the United Nations, Ambassador Amal Mudallali, of the need to inform the United Nations of the continuing Israeli violations, especially in light of the use of Lebanese airspace to attack Syrian territory. Which also led to damages in two Lebanese towns as a result of the recent Israeli missile aggression.
And the air defense media of the Syrian Arab Army responded to an Israeli aggression with missiles, at dawn today, on the Al-Qusayr area in the Homs countryside, and shot down most of the hostile missiles.
