The Government sent a letter to the Russian Investment Fund to demand new items of second doses, expected by thousands of Argentines who have already completed three months of the first application.
The author was Cecilia Nicolini, the adviser to President Alberto Fernández, who confirmed the authorship and added:
"I have to do everything possible so that those doses reach the country."
The official, who led negotiations in Moscow with Carla Vizzotti to buy the vaccines developed by the Gamaleya Institute, reported a "critical" situation due to the impossibility of completing the vaccination schedules:
