As of 1:30 today, the Observatory has recorded a maximum of 32.8 degrees, and it is even higher at 34.9 degrees in Sheung Shui.

The hottest heat in the observatory's record was 34.7 degrees recorded in 1972.

In addition, the Observatory said that at 12:00 noon, the typhoon fireworks gathered about 470 kilometers east-southeast of Taipei. They are expected to move slowly to the northwest, towards the sea east of Taiwan, and gradually increase.

At the same time, the tropical depression Chapaka gathers about 200 kilometers northwest of Zhanjiang and is expected to move west-southwest at a speed of about 10 kilometers per hour, crossing the Guangxi coast and gradually weakening.

According to the observatory's path forecast, the current maximum continuous wind speed near the fireworks center is 145 kilometers per hour, and it is expected that it will intensify into a strong typhoon tomorrow and hit the Zhejiang province.

Taiwan’s Central Meteorological Bureau predicts that the fireworks will turn westward and move slowly northwest, and the storm circle is gradually approaching the seas of the eastern half of Taiwan, posing a threat to the seas of northern, northeastern and southeastern Taiwan.

The Central Meteorological Observatory of the Mainland predicts that the fireworks will move northwestward at a speed of 5 to 10 kilometers per hour, and their intensity will gradually increase, reaching the super typhoon level at the strongest.
