Piazza Castello in Turin was filled with people tonight for No Fear Day, an event launched two days ago via the internet to protest against the Green pass and the obligation to vaccinate.
"Digos counted 2,000 people and so we are at least double," said a speaker from a van.
"Let's show everyone what free men mean," he added as people chanted the cry for "freedom".
During the initiative in Piazza Castello, chants of dissent rose from the demonstrators protesting against the green pass and the obligation to vaccinate, when the name of General Figliuolo, extraordinary commissioner for the emergency, was made from the stage.
Among the speakers is Professor Ugo Mattei, university professor and candidate for mayor in the Piedmontese capital for a civic list.
A lawyer, Maurizio Giordano, argued that the green pass "is against European law".
