"Saxony-Anhalt will participate in solidarity with the financial challenges through a development fund," said Prime Minister Reiner Haseloff (CDU) of the "Rheinische Post".
"Saxony-Anhalt experienced the same solidarity from the federal government and the federal states in 2013."
