The land is located at Lo Fai Road and Ting Kok Road in Tai Po, covering an area of ​​about 3.2 hectares. The application involves about 1,149 public housing or first home buyers, while the private housing unit has 493 units. The former is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025, while the latter is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025. It is expected to be completed in November 2028.


The first application was received for the pilot land sharing scheme, located at Lo Fai Road and Ting Kok Road in Tai Po.
