The applicant is Golden Deer Property Co., Ltd., and its parent company is Nan Fung Development Co., Ltd.

The private housing development part plans to develop two residential buildings with a maximum of 14 floors; while the public or first home part will have 4 buildings with a maximum of 17 floors.
