From this weekend or Monday 26, according to the decision of each gastronomic merchant, customers who wish to access bars or restaurants located in the

Tigre district

should not only carry their wallet, documents and chinstraps, but also

the vaccination certificate that works as a "health passport".

As announced by the mayor, Julio Zamora,

in the Buenos Aires district it will be mandatory for people to show the vaccination certificate

or, failing that, that they are already registered in the Province's vaccination plan to access the bars and restaurants in the town .

Some gastronomic establishments will begin to request it on Monday, the date set by the authorities to carry out this sanitary measure,

while in other places they will do so from Saturday

with the aim of starting to add customers in closed spaces and begin to accustom customers and workers.

Starting next week in Tigre, it will be mandatory for bars and restaurants to request the vaccination certificate for customers who wish to enter the premises.

From Vivanco, a restaurant located in the center of Tigre, the manager Edgardo Martiarena told

Clarín

that they will begin to implement this sanitary measure as of Saturday.

"I was one of those who put together the agreement so that this can be carried out.

The idea is to control the entry of customers by supervising the health pass.

In this way, we preserve the safety of everyone, both those who work and who come to the place ", detailed Martiarena.

People will be able to show the certificate through photos, applications - in "My Argentina" it appears next to the DNI and the driver's license for those who have it loaded - or also the health certificate in a physical way, which is delivered after the inoculation .

Vivanco, a restaurant located in downtown Tigre, will begin to request the vaccination certificate on Saturday 24

"In our case, the idea is that the internal quota is mostly occupied by vaccinated people.

As it is very difficult to ascertain an exact percentage of how many people received at least one dose, Tigre decided to ask everyone for the certificate

and increase the level of security on the premises, "Edgardo explained.

In this way, he stressed that all customers who are inside the restaurant will feel safe not only because they will be surrounded by vaccinated people but also because they passed the health "test" to stay there.

"It is a measure to respect staff and customers."

Although the Municipality

anticipated that those who fail to comply with this measure will have financial sanctions,

the gastronomic businesses will be responsible for monitoring.

"It is a collaboration agreement to make the destination safer, but I don't think there will be control inspections," added Martiarena.

La Rioja will be another of the provinces to require a vaccination certificate to enter bars and party halls

However, in another of the shops in the

northern part

of the GBA, the regulations came accompanied by the "fear" of losing customers and that many people would stop attending the premises because they were not vaccinated.

"We are going to respect it as of Monday, and it will be mandatory to stay inside and outside the premises,

but we feel that this measure is going to slow down our clientele and that fewer people are going to start coming

," said a

Freedom House

employee with concern.

, a local brewery.

On the other hand, Soledad, an employee of

Juannas Tigre

, said that the difference in her premises will lie in the fact that people vaccinated - with at least one dose - will be able to remain inside the premises,

while those who are not yet

vaccinated

must remain outside. .

"People with this measure are going to be forced to get vaccinated. I think it is a way to spread motivation, it will help everyone want to leave because they will feel safer," he said about health regulations.

Juannas Tigre will be another of the bars that will implement this measure from Monday

So far, the plan that the rest of the GBA municipalities have is

to progressively expand the capacity of bars, restaurants, gyms, clubs, shopping malls

and other commercial establishments for people who have been vaccinated with the first dose of vaccine.

"Although I am aware of the situation, nothing has reached me yet.

Particularly I do not agree to ask for the vaccination certificate

because if you tell me that there are vaccines for everyone, I accept it, but it is not the case," he said. Pablo, owner of a pizzeria in

Vicente López.

And he added:

"If I should only admit those who received two doses of vaccine, I will keep the place empty or 10%

, but we will have to adapt in the event that the measure reaches our municipality."

People will be able to present the digital certificate of vaccination Covid 19 from the application "My Argentina"

The idea is that in the municipalities of the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires (AMBA) that are already in

phase 4

, they can progressively expand the capacity of clients in closed spaces.

If before it could only have a capacity of 30% or 50%

(depending on the epidemiological phase of the districts where they are located),

now they will be able to add to that an additional 20% of vaccinated people

As for those who have not yet received any dose, they will be able to enter the premises, but only until they fill the capacity allowed for their group according to the phase in which each municipality is.
