The bedroom is one of the most covert, romantic, elegant, classic and most special spaces in the home.

This is the intimate room of the couple, the room that reflects the relationship, the secrets and the little sins.

It is also the place where couples take a break from everyday life, work, friends and children.

The name of the design should not take into account anyone, not the age of the children, not the family needs, only the net mates.

"One of the most prominent trends in the bedroom recently is the design of open space together with a bathroom, which creates intimacy between the couple. It is a semi-transparent space, which contributes to the atmosphere and turns the room into a mini suite for parents. A pampering boutique will do wonders for your relationship life as well, "explains designer Nitzan Horowitz.

Architect Raz also teaches awareness of the duality of using glass in a bedroom, as can be seen in the bedroom he designed.

"In the bedroom there is a lot of use of glass, both in the wardrobes that are transparent to the room, and to the bathroom. Just as the flooring of the apartment continues through" minimal "aluminum showcases to the balcony without separation, so in the bedroom, the parquet flooring continues into the bathroom. "A look of a continuous and common space, despite the separation in usability. Decorative curtains add softness and airiness in the bedroom, and also allow intimate separation to the bathroom if required."

The end result is a luxurious and romantic suite, with a sense of space and openness to both the bathroom and the closets, and the possibility of using dim light from the transparent closets and the transparent bathroom to the bedroom and vice versa.

Since we are all different each has his own comforts, each couple is characterized by its own unique couple style, is the bedroom a mirror for a relationship?

The minimalist

Minimalist design is one of the most sought after design styles today.

Some have attributed it to an affordable design, but not necessarily.

What sets the design apart is precisely the challenge of balancing, designing at a minimum without giving the space a feeling of clutter and on the other hand giving the space a designed, warm, inviting and enveloping look.

Choosing one dominant but delicate shade in combination with the base - in the form of black and white, a careful choice of elements, that's all the magic.

One of the most sought after styles today.

The natural

Combining natural materials in our home is research-wise known as helping to balance the mind and inspire calm and serenity.

A feeling of returning to the sources, the desire to stop for a moment the race of life and relax in an embracing and virgin environment.

Shades on the brown and mocha scale, raw wood, rattan, minerals, natural linen and more, put them all together and you get a bedroom of your dreams and full of readiness.

The amused

A bedroom designed in a style characterized by a personal and unique style, encourages thinking outside the box, work of color, texture, textures and wink crystallizes a bedroom that brings us a smile at any hour of the day.

Encourages thinking outside the box.

The bold

Our little ones dream big and dare to dream and fly with the imagination.

We forgot that we were like that once too.

At some point, along the way in adulthood we gave up on fantasies and daring and became conventional.

The bedroom is the place not only to close eyes and dream but also to fulfill hidden fantasies and choose a design that will support fulfillment.

A bedroom that is all one color is the trend, for us it feels like living in fairy tales.

Not only in the children's rooms you can go wild with the color.

Tough

Do you know the term "tough love"?

So such, but especially embracing and sexy.

A bit industrial, a bit dark and mysterious and a lot of modern, full of powerful daring and roughness.

Probably like its owner, unusual and surprising.

Choosing shades on the black-gray scale is uncompromising or flattering, we really like, and you?

The chic

We tend to call it boho-chic, for those who do not know it comes from the content worlds of fashion, kicks and is very popular in the country and definitely seems to go nowhere.

We are talking about a bedroom on a soft and smoky scale of shades, which combines joy of life and surprising, precise and uncompromising colors.

In such a bedroom, you will have the freedom to use prints and textures, collections of textiles and furniture that seem to have been placed there with casual nonchalance, make no mistake, the resulting look is full of very meticulous, deliberate and precise chic.

Looks nonchalant, but is actually very planned and meticulous.

Bedroom design tips

Dorit Sela, who owns an office for architecture, planning and design, offers tips for designing the romantic and cozy bedroom, which will serve you as the ultimate place of refuge:

  • Make sure the room is as spacious and airy as possible.

Position the furniture and accessories in the room in a way that will not interfere with the flow and comfortable conduct of the space.

  • Combine practical and fluent lighting with soft and mysterious ambient lighting.

You should combine beautiful side lamps in the style of "his and hers", which will give the tone in terms of design.

  • Soft cotton bedding in fine satin weave will make you forget about the past day.

  • A bedspread will help you maintain a clean and tidy appearance, no matter what stormy night has passed on your strengths.

Two minutes of investment, and the "boutique hotel" look will be preserved.

  • Assimilate the entertainment and work accessories in space.

Use a folding and closing dresser, and incorporate the TV inside the storage cabinets so that the screen will serve as a mirror when not in use.

  • When the bathroom is open, it is even more important to equip it with quality towels, aromatic oils, candles, scented soaps and even some fresh flowers in a small vase.

These will make you smile again and again, when you spend time in the bedroom.

Do not forget to keep the flow.

"In order to make a bedroom more stylish and luxurious, the first thing I look at is flooring. If you want to give a twist, it is recommended to cover the floor with natural parquet or laminate in light wood shades," says interior designer Daniel Hasson.

As for a bed, I will always choose a bed as large as possible, depending on the size of the room of course - a clean bed back that rests on a power wall that will be colored more so than the rest of the room. I like to work in bedrooms with coffee or grayscale. True that make the room stylish and luxurious.

Start with the flooring.

A bedroom should look like a hotel and feel like a home

"I believe a bedroom should look like a hotel suite and feel like home."

Says interior designer Michal Han.

"To that end, I refer to the design of a master suite / master unit, as a unit that contains several functions: a bathroom, a walk-in closet and sometimes even a work area, sitting / reclining area or a small kitchenette with all the gadgets that characterize a premium suite in a luxury hotel or resort. In the Mini Apartment. In

order to have a clear connection between the spaces and the understanding of the leading design line, I often design the sub-rooms, inside the bedroom unit as open or glass doors, and curtain walls, thus intensifying the feeling of space and enjoying a shared view of all sub-units. I recommend placing the bedroom unit in advance in a place that allows for quiet, privacy and panoramic views.

Semi-open or transparent walls maintain a design connection between the spaces.

The golden triangle of the bedroom

After joint research with clients about their lifestyle, habits and aspirations, I plan the areas accordingly and make the exact decision for them, whether they will be open, closed or combined, opaque or transparent.

The vital information I received from them, I categorize into three criteria:

1. The sleeping area

- The sleeping space will usually be spacious, with exits to the bathroom, which will be designed as open or closed.

Parts of the bathroom space, such as a standing fruit bath or bathroom sink, can be integrated in the sleeping area on a standard visual element, which transmits chic and gives a boutique feel.

2. Bathroom area

- it is recommended to insulate the toilet and

shower

.

3. Storage area

- The

storage

space can be a closed closet, or open by long wall cabinets that incorporate a viewing and audio system.
