The team of experts in treating epidemics has recommended to the Ministry of Health a series of measures and restrictions for the education system ahead of the start of the school year in September. The experts' recommendations and preparations for the new year come about a month before the start of the general school year, but the ultra-Orthodox education system opens on August 8, a little over two weeks.



One of the first recommendations formulated by the team of experts is to reduce the size of classrooms and kindergartens. This, by capsules and providing learning options in the afternoon. For ages 11-5, who are in kindergartens and elementary schools, it is recommended that if a sick child is found in the classroom, an epidemiological investigation be conducted and children who were near the patient continue their studies provided a quick check-up before entering school every morning for seven days.
