Few tall buildings in this mostly horizontal city.
Lots of parks and gardens.
No smell in these clean streets.
No noise either, not even cars, mostly hybrids.
No pollution.
No insecurity, as evidenced by the thousands of young children who, after school, go home alone by metro.
One would almost advise the tourist to knowingly misplace a valuable object to gain the experience, like so many travelers, of having it returned with the flattering apologies of the local police.
