In total, 71 Colombian athletes - 48 men and 23 women - represent Colombia at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in 16 sports.

And although some competitions such as football and softball have already started, the vast majority start this Friday, July 23 and will run until Sunday, August 8, 2021.

The opening ceremony, which began at 6:00 am Colombia time (8:00 pm Tokyo time), kicked off the Olympic Games.
