The qualifiers in the men's gymnastics equipment kicked off tonight (Friday-Saturday) with Israel represented by Artium Dolgofiat in his debut at the Olympics and Alex Shtilov, who will compete for the fourth time.
Dolgofiat is in an excellent position for the ground final, after in the qualifiers he performed an exercise with a high difficulty of 6.6.

Dolgofiat also excels mainly in the ground exercise and has twice won a silver medal at the World Championships there (Montreal 2017 and Stuttgart 2019), as well as a gold medal at the European Championships (Marcin 2020) and twice more at the silver medal.
