The Iranian Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education announced the registration of 259 deaths and 18,632 new infections with the emerging coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
The ministry said in its daily report: The total number of HIV infections has risen since the outbreak of the epidemic in Iran to 3,664,286 confirmed cases, and the number of deaths to 88,532, while 3,239,172 people have recovered from the infection.
Yesterday, Iran recorded 210 deaths and 21,814 cases of corona.
