The report by local chairman Jürgen Mieskes over the past two years was relatively brief. Reason: As of March 17, 2020, “nothing was left”. And so the mention of the European election campaign, round tables, the economic summer 2019, the New Year's reception 2020 with Edmund Stoiber and the local elections in 2020. The CSU parliamentary group in the city council had shrunk again, but the quartet was still setting "the right pinpricks", emphasized Mieskes.
Treasurer Arno Reichert's cash report was positive: If you started 2019 with a credit of 6,740 euros, that increased to around 22,000 euros by the beginning of 2020 and increased again to 32,275 euros in the course of 2020.
Four new people were elected to the board in the new elections to the board: Jürgen Mieskes remains chairman, who received 33 yes-votes, and Rudolf Schwaiger and Christian Strohschneider were also confirmed as deputies.
But Lisa Schelzel as third deputy, Florian Huber as treasurer and Katharina Helmke as secretary are just as new to the board as Armin Hölzl, who takes on the newly created office of digital officer.

The reports and the elections took an hour - just as long as the greetings. Looking back on the measures taken as part of the corona pandemic, Irlstofer said that there were certainly a few things "that could have been done better". But just as with the reunification, there was no blueprint for this event. And if now some - regardless of whether from the right or the left - “play up” and say that they have always known, then that is “ridiculous”. The task in the next legislative period will now be to give people a perspective again. And there the CDU / CSU are asked - because it is they who take responsibility. Especially the CSU in constituency 214 is faced with a "huge task": There are only four CSU mayors and three district administrators, who are all free voters.as Irlstorfer described the situation. His appeal: “We have to strengthen ourselves!” He needs the CSU basis - and he is building on the CSU basis.
Herrmann assured that September 26th was “a great choice of fate”.
There is a lot going on - including in constituency 214, which must remain in the hands of the CSU.
Because the CSU is the party that “does not make a policy of extremes”, which, like other parties, does not either “put climate protection above everything” or “deny climate change”.
