Berlin - In parts of Berlin and Bavaria, violent storms fell on Sunday. A spokeswoman for the German Weather Service (DWD) reported in the evening of up to 50 liters of precipitation per hour on one square meter at around 7 p.m. in Berlin-Buch, and of 40 liters in Berlin-Marzahn.
