María Eugenia Vidal criticized this Sunday the candidacy of the Minister of Health of the province of Buenos Aires, Daniel Gollan, and praised the decision of the Buenos Aires government to keep Fernán Quirós at the forefront of managing the pandemic.
The former Buenos Aires governor and candidate for national deputy for the City pointed to Victoria Tolosa Paz's partner on the list of the Frente de Todos.
"The pandemic is not over yet," he
said.
During an extensive report on Radio Milenium, he argued that the decision to put the Buenos Aires Minister of Health on the lists also shows a way of governing by the ruling party, in contrast to the decision in the City.
"In the formation of lists
, different forms of government are being evidenced,
" said Vidal.
At the same time, he insisted that the concern should be that half of the Argentine population is not vaccinated, that few have the two doses and the unknown around the Delta variant.
"No matter what the surveys say, if he is a person highly valued by the people, his place is the Ministry of Health and he chose to occupy and be responsible in that place and did not speculate," Vidal said in reference to Quirós.
