Palestinian reports: IDF attacks targets in Gaza Strip
Palestinian media report a series of attacks in the Gaza Strip, several hours after incendiary balloons were launched at the surrounding settlements that caused the fires.

Palestinian media tonight (Sunday) reported a series of attacks in the Gaza Strip, mainly in the area of the city of Khan Yunis.
The reports come a few hours after incendiary balloons were launched at settlements in the Gaza Strip in the Eshkol Regional Council, which even caused fires in the area.
In response, the IDF reduced the fishing space in the Gaza Strip from 12 to six miles

The last time incendiary balloons were flown from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory was in early July.
So in several different cases, thorn fires broke out in the Eshkol Council area and in response the Air Force attacked Hamas targets in Gaza.

The previous level of conflict in the south occurred in June, with more than 40 fires for three consecutive days, with eight fires breaking out on the last day of the fires.
Four of them spread in fields of thorns in the Eshkol Regional Council area, and another fire broke out in the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council area in the Shelef field.
Firefighters worked with the assistance of IDF forces, the JNF, the Nature and Parks Authority, Rabshakehs and other volunteers.
