Patriarch John X Yazigi, Patriarch of Antioch and all the East for the Greek Orthodox, prayed for the return of security and stability to all parts of Syria and for peace in the countries of the East, during Sunday mass at the Patriarchal Monastery of Our Lady of Balamand in Beirut.
In his homily, Patriarch Yazigi focused on ecclesiastical unity, developing the spirit of citizenship and mutual respect, stressing at the same time the importance of education in building nations, cohesion, steadfastness and steadfastness, no matter how severe the difficulties.
On the other hand, Patriarch Yazigi expressed his hope that the government will be formed in Lebanon soon for the good of Lebanon and the Lebanese.
