A rave party is underway north of Lac du Bourget, near Aix-les-Bains, France Bleu Pays de Savoie reported on Sunday.
The revelers would have arrived gradually on Saturday around 10 p.m. and settled illegally in a roadside field.

They would now be nearly 2,000 at the Sapenay pass, above the town of Chindrieux, according to the prefecture to

And to specify that about 500 vehicles are parked nearby.
The authorities advise against driving in the area for the moment. Gendarmes are on site to carry out blood alcohol and narcotics checks, but also to establish contact with the participants.
