MEETING - The Riyadh accord was to share power between the legitimate Yemeni government, and the Southern Transitional Council (STC). The leader of this movement explains to us why it is not applied.

Aidarous al-Zubaidi is the head of the Southern Transition Council (CTS), one of the main organizations in the south of the country.

This agreement is still in its application phase.

There have been gains with the appointment of the government, those of ministers and certain governors.

Certainly, several ministers, who left Aden, could not return, because they do not have the financial support of the government, which does not pay the civil servants.

The Ministry of Defense, for example, does not pay the salaries of the military.

We are facing immense difficulties and the international community is not helping the legitimate government.
