This is how the pair of
triathlon coaches from
San José del Rincón, in Santa Fe,
operated

sexually abusing five women
, four of them minors at the time of the attacks.
In the last hours it was known that there would be
a sixth victim
of Walter Daniel Sales Rubio (42) and Sheila Noralí Arteriza (30);
and the case generated a commotion in the residents of San José del Rincón, who mobilized and
set fire to the house
where the abuses occurred.
The attacks began in 2010 and, in some cases, lasted
until 2018

The news was known in the framework of two cases of rape of minors in the city, which is in Greater Santa Fe and has just over 10,000 inhabitants;

Broggi explained that he was told on Monday that although "some more victims have appeared," the accusation for the pair of coaches is for the first five cases.

Crimes
Sales Rubio is investigated in
three cases
as the author of the crimes of
sexual abuse with aggravated carnal access
, for being in charge of education and the participation of two people, and
promotion of
aggravated
corruption of minors
, for being the person in charge of education.
In these three cases
, he was also accused of
being a necessary accomplice of
aggravated
gravely outrageous
sexual
abuse
, while in relation to the other two victims, he was charged with the crime of aggravated simple sexual abuse.

In two of the cases, as a necessary accomplice of sexual abuse with aggravated carnal access and promotion of aggravated corruption of minors, and as the author of the crime of seriously outrageous aggravated sexual abuse.
Regarding the other two victims, the woman is charged as the author of the crime of
simple sexual abuse
.
"The defendants told the victims that '
all the girls did it
', and they
achieved a naturalization of the abuses
that are sufficient to alter their free and progressive development of sexuality," said Broggi.
Broggi said that "although each of the defendants had a different degree of participation,
the two committed the abuses simultaneously
."
When asked about the penalty that he could request at the time of the oral trial, Broggi said that "it is complex" because the Penal Code provides a sentence of 8 to 20 years "for each of the carnal accesses, which in a contest are added the maximum up to 50 years. And he added:
"With the three facts that we have

."
In addition, she clarified that both the man and his partner "participate in the events" and that she, "although she has one less event, we could be talking about close penalties."
The complaint
According to

, one of the victims who denounced the couple of coaches said that the abuses began in 2010,
when she was 11 years old

Three of the victims say that the attacks occurred at the house of the detainee's mother.
