The closing of lists for this year's legislative elections has already left its first mark on the national Cabinet: Daniel Arroyo will leave the Ministry of Social Development and will be replaced by a mayor faithful to Alberto Fernández.
Arroyo was enrolled in the 12th place on the list of national deputies of the Frente de Todos in the province of Buenos Aires, with which he will enter safely as a national legislator.
For this reason, his chair in the ministry located at the intersection of Belgrano and 9 de Julio avenues will have a new head in the coming days.
The discussion that is resolved in these hours between the presidential residence of Olivos and the Casa Rosada is which of two mayors allied with the President of the Nation will be responsible for the social area of the Cabinet.

a list was agreed where Viviana Lodos goes first (who reports to the mayor) and with Nicolás Vilela, a leader loyal to Andrés Larroque, one of the caciques of La Cámpora.
The other name that sounds is that of Mariano Cascallares, mayor of Almirante Brown
, who in this closing of lists will go as a candidate for provincial deputy for the third electoral section.
Cascallares made the decision to compete in his district to give him political volume in the strongest and most powerful electoral section for Peronism.

Thus, Alberto Fernández will crown his own name in a sensitive and decisive ministry, for which the name of Andrés "Cuervo" Larroque also sounded, who currently occupies the social portfolio but in the administration of Axel Kicillof.
The oath of the new minister could be this Thursday, when Fernández returns from Peru, where he is traveling for the inauguration of the new president Pedro Castillo.
"There is no hurry with this," a source from the Casa Rosada told Clarín when asked if the assumption will be this week or next.
