Hong Kong Baptist University President Wei Bingjiang revealed yesterday (26th) that starting from the new school year, newly enrolled undergraduates will be required to complete compulsory national security education courses before graduation.
Courses are not counted towards graduation credits, but there are assessments; the content will cover areas such as network security, environmental safety and public health.
