The star gastronomic festival is taking place for the first time in a new location: the ephemeral Grand Palais, designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, facing the Eiffel Tower.

30,000 people are expected to meet some fifty chefs and taste their signature dishes in small portions.

Among them, many starred (Kei Kobayashi, Éric Frechon, Dominique Crenn, Julia Sedefdjian ...), but also headliners of Parisian bistronomy (Beatriz Gonzalez, Matthias Marc, Alessandra Montagne, Manon Fleury ...) .

The sweet tooth will not be outdone with Nina Métayer, Nicolas Paciello, Quentin Lechat or Claire Heitzler.

From Thursday September 16 (evening) to Sunday September 19 (evening).

Grand Palais Éphémère, place Joffre (7th).
