Summer brought with it as usual an extreme heat wave and with it also came a wave of flies hovering around our heads all the time, even when we were sleeping.
But instead of fighting them and trying to keep them away from us every two seconds, one woman who knows what she is doing has shared a Facebook trick (which she said she found in Tiktok) that will help you get rid of them easily.
That's how she did it

In SUN it was reported that she explained how she prepared a kind of solution that attracts the flies and causes them to drown in it.
So what did she do, you ask?
Well, she made an impromptu mix with ingredients she had in the closet that included apple cider vinegar and dish soap.
To this she added some sugar to pull the flies in.

The dish soap makes the dough thicker making it harder for the flies to climb out, and she says within five minutes the bowl has become a sort of large swimming pool for flies, from which there is no way out.
Her followers were very excited about this trick and wrote comments in the style: "Let's try it", "It really works" and noted that the trick also works against fruit flies, which also tend to reproduce and bother a lot on summer days.
Others have suggested an upgrade to the trick - by covering the bowl or cup with cling film in which holes are punctured through which the flies can enter, but not exit due to the soap that traps them inside.
