The girl who claimed to have been raped by her father was involved in a case of altering her confession in court under the interference of her family. The 17-year-old woman victim X today (28th) continued her confession in the High Court.
During cross-examination, the defense stated that his uncle had never pretended to be a lawyer, and he had never spoken to X in the mock court, nor did he wear high heels when X was in court.
X categorically denied it, and then even more dissatisfied: "Actually, I really want to make trouble with your land. Is there any inhumanity to attack your land?" The judge explained the lawyer's responsibilities, and X immediately responded: "I'm telling you that there will be a lot of people behind."

The lawyer representing her uncle interrogated the woman X and pointed out that between April and 6, 2018, X visited X's father who was being returned three times.
During the period, X had promised his father that he would explain the incident clearly.
X agreed with the defense in court, but Judge Li Yunteng said that the conversation between them "seems like a little gunpowder," and the lawyer and X did not need to raise their voices.
X means uncle and grandpa can't do innumerable things
The lawyer also asked about X's uncle and grandfather decorating X's residence, saying that the two helped X's family, but X complained.
X pointed back: "Bianyou, okay... Don't take the money." When the judge asked, she agreed. She didn't know if her uncle and grandfather had collected money for the decoration of X's house, but X said, "From fine to large, Everyone knows that he will not be able to do nothing but countless things." So I feel that they: "No good intentions."
The lawyer continued that his uncle, grandfather, 嫲嫲, and X had been to the park, but the uncle had never pretended to be a lawyer and mocked X in court.
X denied it and said that he could ask about the people present at the time, but he also said that they had "returned to the side" and would not admit it.

The defense lawyer later stated that in X’s earlier confession, it was written: “I asked Qu (uncle) to demonstrate the conversation with the lawyer when the time comes to court, but the uncle refused, so he pretended to be a lawyer. Breaking the law.” The sentence was deleted and the sentence was written afterwards: “But Qu played as a policeman and answered me when he asked me questions.” The lawyer asked whether X asked his uncle to act as a lawyer at the time. She said, “No, Qu knows. Ghost law." The lawyer believed that the relevant records were wrong, and pointed out that his uncle was acting as a lawyer and a policeman at the time.
X said that I really want to scold the person behind in the court
The lawyer pointed out that his uncle did not tell X to "play less" and wear high heels when he went to court.
X disagreed, and then said: "Actually, I really want to make trouble with your land. Is there any inhumanity to attack your land?" The judge explained to X the duties of a lawyer, and X said: "I'm talking about people behind the scenes." She asked again. The testimony continued tomorrow, and the judge finally adjourned the case.
The five defendants involved in this case are all relatives of the female victim X, including father (44 years old), mother (42 years old), Xiu Xiu (67 years old), uncle (39 years old) and grandfather (65 years old).
The father, 嫲嫲, uncle and grandpa were charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice from October 8, 2018 to January 23, 2019, even if X changed the original evidence in the criminal case of the High Court.
The father and mother were also charged with obstruction of justice on October 20, 2018, even though the mother and X left Hong Kong with the intention that they would not give evidence in the criminal case as witnesses to the prosecution.
