Officer Mariano Giaccio stated that the policeman who shot Santiago “Chano” Moreno Charpentier did so because there was a “degree of danger of immediate life”.
Now, agent Vanesa Flores, also a witness to the attack, assured that there was "
imminent danger to life
", and that the singer "extracted a knife" with the intention of stabbing his partner.
"
He had no other option
to fire a shot with his weapon, in order to neutralize it," was part of what Officer Flores said in her testimonial statement before the Justice.

with their testimony the actions of the subayudant Facundo Nahuel Amendolara (27), who was
