The Algerian Ministry of Health announced that it had recorded 1,537 new infections with the Corona virus and 28 deaths during the past 24 hours, noting a decrease in the number of recorded infections compared to yesterday's outcome, which amounted to 1,927 infections.
The official spokesman for the Committee to Follow-up on the Outbreak of the Coronavirus in Algeria, Dr. Jamal Fourar, stated that the total number of coronavirus infections in Algeria rose to 167,131, while the number of deaths reached 4,161.
