The prosecutor investigating the fact in which Santiago "Chano" Charpentier (39) was shot by a policeman whom he allegedly wanted to stab during a psychotic outbreak carried out a survey on Thursday at the Exaltación de la Cruz house where the incident occurred.

Prosecutor Martín Zocca, in charge of the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 1 for Complex Crimes of Campana, is accompanied by some of the musician's relatives.

One of them gave him the T-shirt that the former leader of Tan Biónica had when he was shot.

"It is a key element. It can have details of what happened with the shot. That is why it will be appraised and that could then be added to or compared with the ballistic expertise, which in principle is scheduled for next Tuesday, but that may vary. It depends. of what is extracted from that garment, "

Zocca has been at the property of the Charpentier family, in the private neighborhood Parque La Verdad, since noon this Thursday, to relieve the scene of the incident.

He summoned people close to "Chano" who were present at the incident and who have already testified as witnesses.

The examinations, those that were made and those that are missing, are in charge of the Federal Police (PFA), since in the case a policeman from Buenos Aires is "accused in fact", the subordinate officer Facundo Nahuel Amendolara (27).

The attorney general of Zárate-Campana, José Luis Castaño, confirmed that the agent was "formally notified about the ballistic expertise so that he can eventually name the expert (on behalf of the party), as provided by the Code for the accused."

The officer was not yet notified of article 60 of the Buenos Aires Criminal Procedure Code (CPP), which states that "any person who in any act or procedure indicates or detains it as the author or participant in the commission of a crime will be considered imputed. ".

Amendolara has not yet been summoned to testify, as it is expected to move forward with the investigation to see if he is summoned to give his version as a defendant or not.

On the other hand, Castaño confirmed that

the prosecutor Zocca "has fluid contact" with Marina Charpentier, mother of "Chano"

, to whom he offered the containment of the Victim Assistance program of the Public Prosecutor's Office.

Zocca, who took the case last Tuesday afternoon and who that same day contacted the woman, awaits the evolution of the musician's health to summon her to make a formal statement.

The incident took place early Monday at "Chano's" house, when a medical team arrived at the request of his mother with the intention of interning the musician, who was under a picture of exaltation.

Faced with this situation, according to witnesses, the musician became violent, attacked his mother and allegedly wanted to stab one of the three policemen who were at the scene with a knife.

One of them shot him in the abdomen.

Interned at the Otamendi Sanatorium, "Chano" had to have his spleen, a kidney and part of the pancreas removed.
