China today successfully launched the Tianhui 04/A satellite from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the northwest of the country.
According to Xinhua, the satellite was launched by a "Long March 2D" carrier rocket and succeeded in entering the planned orbit as the 381st important launch of the Long March series of rockets.
This month, China successfully launched a group of new remote sensing satellites from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan Province, southwest China.
