Our editorial team has received various reports from Vodafone customers from all over Bad Tölz that nothing has worked since Tuesday.
Telephone, Internet, TV - all dead. Vodafone mutes itself.
Bad Tölz - It all apparently started early Tuesday evening between 5 and 6 p.m.
With many Tölzers, the television switched to a freeze frame, and loading bars and loops replaced TV streams.
The internet was gone, the phone was dead, the television was silent.
All those affected have one thing in common: They are Vodafone customers.
But whoever asked the customer service there, received only the same automated answer:
Vodafone disruption in Bad Tölz: Internet failed for days
“Internet, telephone and TV don't work on your connection. We're sorry. We'll make sure that you can use it again quickly. There is currently no time to rectify the fault. "
And Vodafone is apparently still unsuccessfully taking care of it.
Even on Thursday morning.
“The Vodafone telephone hotline announced yesterday that the fault will be fixed 'shortly'”, a reader from Bad Tölz currently writes to us.
Internet in Bad Tölz dead since Tuesday: Vodafone reacts with a standard announcement
Exactly how many are affected remains speculation.
It remains for those affected to make their own considerations.
The Vodafone node, so much is known, is in the neighboring district of Miesbach, more precisely: at Schaftlach or Waakirchen.
Maybe something broke there.
Perhaps that happened during one of the severe storms in the past few days.
Possibly.
A request from our editorial team has not yet been answered.
Vodafone may still get in touch with us.
