A new ruling from the Supreme Court in Colombia expands the rules for
accessing a dignified death or euthanasia.
Jaime Arrubla Paucar, former president of the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia, spoke with CNN about the changes that will follow the sentence.
"The change is that you are not required to be in a terminal state, it is enough that you have serious illnesses due to your illness or injury to proceed with the process," says Arrubla.
