The renovation of the stock lanes of the Finsinger Stockschützen is complete.

However, there were considerable additional costs for the disposal of the old asphalt layer.

The association asked the community to take over them.

Finsing - About two months ago the stick shooting department of FC Finsing started converting the tracks. "Thanks to the fast work of the commissioned companies as well as a great commitment and a great personal contribution of the association members of around 800 working hours, the association was able to manage all this in almost record time", writes department head Jürgen Maier in his grant application to the community. He also thanks her for the financial support she has provided so far.

After all the work had been completed, however, there would have been "considerable additional costs" for the disposal of the old asphalt layer.

These were created because at the beginning of the renovation the structure of the asphalt layer and the various heights in the beginning and middle section could not be determined with 100 percent accuracy: It had to be milled deeper, which resulted in around 47 tons of loaded milled material more than planned had to be disposed of.

The additional costs amount to around 6,000 euros.

The renovation was carried out with grants from BLSV, the district of Erding and the municipality as well as "with the entire equity of the stick shooters", the application also says.

The additional costs of disposal would, however, represent an extreme additional burden on the association, which is why they asked for them to be taken over.

Peter Junker (AfD) recalled that the committee decided on March 8th to donate a maximum of 18,000 euros for the renovation and renewal of the asphalt track in Neufinsing - “in a certain way artificially created because we thought we are more or less responsible for the decontamination costs ”.

A few meetings earlier, the local council had decided to postpone all voluntary expenditure by up to five years.

“Now we've pledged 18,000 euros, and it's not enough.

Don't we become implausible if we approve even more? ”Interjected Junker.

There was no discussion on this question, Mayor Max Kressirer (WGE) had a vote: Eleven councilors were in favor of assuming the additional costs, three members against.
