After bitter debates, the deputies decided, Sunday evening, not to re-register in the health law the possibility of dismissing an employee who, after two months, would not be vaccinated or able to present a health pass.
The amendment of the executive, which wanted to make the absence of proof a
"real and serious cause of dismissal",
voted on at first reading in the Assembly, was in fact rejected by the senators.
And MPs ultimately chose to follow their advice.

However, the reality is more subtle than it seems.
Particularly upset against the decision, the Minister of Labor did not fail to point out.
