The Mexican state of Chiapas, in the south of the country, has one of the lowest vaccination rates in Mexico.
The reasons are diverse, but those have not prevented hundreds of Central Americans from crossing the border to receive the covid-19 vaccine.
Among them are Guatemalans, who travel from different points traveling for several hours to be inoculated.
