Because she met a customer in the Munich restricted area, an escort lady from Grafing was fined on Thursday, July 29th, before the Ebersberg District Court.

Grafing

- The author of a penny novel couldn't have imagined better: A 60-year-old who is looking for a 26-year-old escort lady and falls in love with her.

Because the young woman no longer wants to continue the "relationship" after about six months, the case of illegal prostitution ends up in the Ebersberg District Court three years later.

The now 63-year-old from Augsburg met regularly with Grafinger in Munich's luxury hotels in 2018.

However, these are in the restricted area, which means that the now 29-year-old has made herself liable to prosecution.

Payment for the services of women: watch worth over 45,000 euros

As if learned by heart, the man in court listed the days on which there had been sexual acts between him and the accused. "You always talk about sexual acts in general terms," the defense attorney finally asked. “What exactly happened there?” “Well, from your age you should know what sexual acts are,” the Augsburg resident replied. What the defender was getting at: According to the Grafinger woman, sexual intercourse did not occur at each of the meetings listed, the 63-year-old was not always able to do so. This denied this in court.

In order not to have to pay the escort lady every time, he negotiated with the young woman to buy her a watch worth 45,500 euros.

According to him, it was agreed that she should work off this watch afterwards.

In court, he compared the clock with a 10-pass card for the outdoor pool: "Every time I go there is a punch and at some point it will be over." A separate procedure is already underway because of the clock, he wants "back the unused time".

Second watch for 31,000 euros was a gift

“That's just not true!” The Grafinger woman called in between.

For her, the deal was that the customer no longer had to give her cash.

The fact that a certain number of further meetings would have had to take place for this was never part of the agreement.

The 63-year-old gave her a second watch for her birthday.

This has a value of over 31,000 euros.

“It was a gift, absolutely indisputable,” he explained.

In his opinion, the Federal Court of Justice would describe the defendants' reaction to the gift as “gross ingratitude”, he said: During the entire time, she never gave him her exact address.

“After such a gift, you would think that you would at least be invited to the apartment for a coffee.

But nothing, ”he said indignantly in front of the court.

“I was just sawed off ice cold,” said the Augsburg resident.

29-year-old in court: "He is older than my parents."

Judge Vera Hörauf asked the defendant why she had ended the relationship so suddenly.

"That's a blatant age difference," she said.

She did not know the exact age of the Augsburg native until she happened to see his driver's license while on vacation together in St. Moritz.

“He is older than my parents.” The 63-year-old reported them out of “absolute vengeance”.

He developed a "strong obsession": After she ended the relationship, he did everything to blacken her in office.

"He is out to destroy."

She then openly admitted that there had been sex in the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten and Mandarin Oriental in Munich.

And because it was only about this allegation in the process, the 29-year-old was finally sentenced to a fine of 11,000 euros.
