Iran's delegate to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Kazem Gharibabadi, announced that Washington had violated the principles of the nuclear agreement during the negotiations in Vienna by refusing to provide guarantees that it would not withdraw from the agreement in the event of a return to it.
In an interview with Khamenei's website, Gharibabadi said: "The US measures contrary to the agreement during the recent negotiations in Vienna included not agreeing to provide guarantees that the US scenario of withdrawing from it would not be repeated."
He pointed out that Washington "has raised issues that go beyond Iran's commitments under the nuclear agreement and linked the revival of the agreement to the inclusion of a clause on accepting future discussions on Iran's regional issues."
