Another 26-year-old man was arrested for "inciting others to injure with intent" and "inciting others to attack and cause actual bodily harm." The police took action yesterday (28th) and arrested two 18-year-old and 26-year-old local men in Sham Shui Po and Ma On Shan respectively for "conspiracy to commit criminal intimidation", "inciting others to hurt others with intent", and "inciting others to participate in illegal activities."
