The federal judge with electoral jurisdiction in the province of Buenos Aires, Alejo Ramos Padilla
observed two pre
-
candidacies
of the main names that are running to be national deputies for the Province.
One is Daniel Gollán, the Minister of Health of the Province of Buenos Aires until hours ago and second candidate for deputy of the Frente de Todos.
The other is Diego Santilli, who until days ago was deputy head of the Buenos Aires government and Minister of City Security, and the first candidate for national deputy in one of the two lists of what is known at the national level as Together for Change.
Both were observed by their domiciles in the Province of Buenos Aires.
As it transpired, in particular, due to doubts about whether he has
lived for two years
in the territory established by the norm.
In the environment of the former Minister of Health, they assured
Clarín
that he is domiciled in the municipality of Ituzaingó, in the west of Greater Buenos Aires, but also that he lived more than 30 years in San Antonio de Padua, Merlo Party, also in the West.
Santilli, for his part, established his domicile in Tigre, in the north of the suburbs.
Close to both candidates assured that the lawyers are already with the documentation to correct the observation of the Justice.
In fact, the ruling party clarified that they had already sent the documentation to La Plata.
There would also be judicial observations for members of other lists, such as that of the Florencio Randazzo space and that of José Luis Espert.
In the case of Gollán, Ramos Padilla uses article 48 of the National Constitution as an argument, where he states that "to be a deputy it is necessary to have reached the age of 25, have four years of citizenship in exercise, and be a native of the province that choose it, or with two years of
immediate
residence
in it
".
That is why he makes the intimation to the Frente de Todos: "intimate the group so that within the term granted of
forty-eight
(48) hours -with authorization of non-working days and hours and counting from the notification of this- correct what is observed here ", says the text.
In the same note addressed to the Kirchnerist front, the judge confirms as proxies for the reference list
Graciana Peñafort
, the lawyer appointed by Cristina Kirchner as head of Legal Affairs of the National Senate, and also the lawyer Santiago Eguren.
