The Lands Department posts the notice of land resumption and establishment of land in accordance with Article 4 of the Land Resumption Ordinance (Chapter 124) and Articles 14 and 16 of the Road (Works, Use and Compensation) Ordinance (Chapter 370) Notice of easement or other rights.
The land will be returned to the government three months after the announcement is posted, that is, on October 30 this year, and easements or other rights will be established for the government.
According to the previous government's development plan and geographic information map, the private land involved in the development plan is located in the area of Ping Jian Lane and Ma Feng Ling Road.
