District

- On Friday, the district electoral committee met at the Bad Tölz district office under the direction of Sabine Preisinger.

The government director is the election officer in constituency 223 (Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen - Miesbach) in the upcoming federal election.

According to her, all proposals were approved, except that of the AfD.

“The required signature was missing,” says Preisinger.

District Returning Officer wanted to reach candidates by phone - unsuccessfully

Strict rules apply to elections.

The parties had until Monday, July 19, 6 p.m. to submit their district election proposals.

At 8.45 a.m. that day, the AfD reported its direct candidate Axel Zamzow from Groebenzell (Fürstenfeldbruck district).

However, he had not signed the required declaration of consent.

"We then tried to contact the candidate until 6 pm, but without success," reports Preisinger.

Zamzow is not allowed to compete with it.

According to Preisinger, the party does not doubt the decision.
