At about 1 am today (31st), a young man fell from the height of "The Royal View Peak" at No. 8 Qingxiao Road, Sheung Shui, lying on the ground off the swimming pool of the building, suffered severe head injuries and was dying.
The ambulancemen arrived at the report and confirmed that the victim was obviously dead.
It is understood that the deceased's name was Huang and he was only 14 years old. Before the incident, he was suspected of being blamed by his family for playing the game. He was unhappy due to family problems.
The police did not seize the suicide note and are investigating the incident. An autopsy will be conducted later to determine the cause of death.
