We are in the department where the satisfaction rate is the lowest.
In Seine-Saint-Denis, around 2,350 colleagues ask to leave against 35 wishing to enter.
This is also true in my school, which is complex to manage: some teachers ultimately want to leave the department but do not meet the necessary criteria.

The reality is that we have a regular rotation of colleagues where some schools, located in other regions, see their teachers stay for ten, fifteen or twenty years.
