At the annual meeting of TSV Bergkirchen (we reported) the demolition of the old Maisachhalle and the new building, which was expanded by one axis, was a central topic.
Franz Blatt, responsible for the finances of the construction project, commented on the progress.
Bergkirchen - The Maisachhalle was supposed to be demolished in 2020, but there were always delays.
Now it is a question of a construction cost of 2.8 million euros, of which the Bergkirchen municipality is taking on 1.8 million euros.
There is a state grant of 480,000 euros, and the BLSV promised a loan of 240,000 euros.
For this, Blatt thanked the present BLSV district chairman Günter Dietz and also for the fact that the BLSV quickly processed the building permit in just three months.
So far, the tenders have been “still within the scope of the cost estimate”.
It remains to be seen how the cost increases for wood and steel will have an impact, said Blatt.
Architect Michael Hampf is satisfied with how the work on the Maisachhalle has gone so far: “With a lot of work by the association, the side rooms of the restaurant, which were located in the old hall, were relocated to new rooms in advance.
The ventilation for the restaurant was adapted to the new conditions ”.
The landlady had been "donated" new cold rooms and a new storage area with an office.
Construction work is scheduled to start in the second week of August. In the area south of the clubhouse, a provisional driveway has been specially created to ensure safe handling of the restaurant business, the architect announced. ink
