From the control of cafeterias to that of onlookers on the terrace, from the promise of exorbitant fines to the weakening of certain rights that were believed to be fundamental, the public authorities want to prove their seriousness.
They set up, without even realizing it, the society of generalized traceability, multiplying controls, encouraging denunciation.

We will worry about it: even if they claim to be pragmatism, nothing is more durable, in a democracy, than temporary or transitional measures, and the health passport or, at least, the logic that it will have helped to install, could survive the essential mass vaccination of the population.
