The most anticipated: Le Jardin des Sens
To say that the brothers Jacques and Laurent Pourcel were desired is an understatement. Since the 3 stars catapulted on their hats between 1998 and 2006, the twins have tried other experiences… They are now returning with ambitions to the Hotel Richer de Belleval, revamped from top to bottom, with luxury and taste, for two not from the prefecture and the courthouse of Montpellier. Open since July 6, the gourmet restaurant called the Jardin des Sens (like the address that initially made them known) displays a gastronomic promise in 10 or 15 services. And under the glass roof of this 17th century hotel, the "chic bistro" La Canourgue displays its contemporary tables with a full menu at 48 euros.
