The prosecutor investigating the incident in which Santiago "Chano" Moreno Charpentier (39) was shot by a Buenos Aires police officer on Sunday notified the subayudant officer Facundo Nahuel Amendolara (27) that he is formally charged with the crime of "very serious injuries aggravated by use of a firearm and for being a police officer ", which has a penalty of

Martín Zocca, head of the Zárate-Campana Complex Crimes Functional Instruction Unit (UFI), received Amendolara and his defense attorney, Fernando Soto, this Friday for notification.

The T-shirt and other clothes that "Chano" wore on the day of the incident were handed over by the family to the prosecution, which has already sent them to a criminalistics expert to examine them before the possibility that an expert opinion may be made with them.

Finally, Castaño confirmed that the prosecutor Zocca "has fluid contact" with Marina Charpentier, mother of "Chano", to whom he offered the containment of the Victim Assistance program of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The incident occurred after 11pm last Sunday, at the house of "Chano", when at the request of his mother a medical team arrived with the intention of interning the musician, who was under a picture of exaltation.
