A shooting broke out Thursday evening July 29 in Aussillon, a small town in Tarn, causing two serious injuries, AFP learned on Friday from a source close to the investigation.

The two injured, one of whom was shot in the lung, were transferred to a hospital in Toulouse.
The third injured was hit by a shot.
Investigators were on Friday looking for the suspected gunner (s) and the vehicle in which they fled.
The facts took place around 11:30 p.m. on the market square, located near a group of buildings.

The police are trying to determine the circumstances of the shooting, using CCTV images of this town of 6,000 inhabitants, adjacent to Mazamet.
