所有合資格參加者必須年滿18歲並已於香港接種新冠疫苗，較早前完成接種的香港居民亦可參加。抽獎參加者須於2021年9月3日或之前登記，參加辦法及詳情將於稍後公佈。
▼稻苗學會推「餐飲現金券」抽獎
稻苗學會表示，為鼓勵市民及食客接種疫苗，及促進市民到食肆消費，將於6月下旬至8月舉行接種新冠疫苗大抽獎活動，預計送出的餐飲現金劵總額超過30萬。每份抽獎的餐飲現金劵金額最少也會有2000元，個別飲食集團更送出大獎的餐飲現金劵金額超過兩萬元。
市民只需於活動截止日期前，已打兩針新冠疫苗，及到過贊助現金劵的任何一間食肆消費，即符合參加資格。合資格者可於稻苗學會稍後公佈的活動網站登記資料及上載食肆消費收據即可。9月頭會進行抽獎及公佈結果。

太平洋酒吧集團今日（2日）宣布將撥款600萬元，以抽獎形式送予已接種疫苗的市民。自今年4月29日起，凡完成接種疫苗的香港居民，即可參加幸運大抽獎，有機會贏取「全單免費」，或由太平洋酒吧送出酒精類飲品，禮品總值600萬元。

香港迪士尼樂園公布，由6月2日至28日期間，所有醫院管理局員工及已注射至少一劑新冠疫苗的樂園客人，可於網上登記成為MyDisney會員後，在樂園內的4間指定商品店舖，免費領取價值約250元的禮品包1份，每日會提供1,000份名額，數量有限，換完即止。
迪士尼樂園的網頁中展示，列明MyDisney帳戶的登記名稱，必須與醫院管理局職員證或疫苗接種紀錄上顯示的姓名相同，再到指定商店內，出示帳戶二維碼及姓名，以及醫院管理局職員證或疫苗接種紀錄以作確認。每位合資格登記人士可於換領期內親身換領1個禮品包。

海洋公園亦推商界優惠，已打一針的市民6月3至30日期間入場，向票務處出示疫苗接種紀錄便可獲贈一套園內優惠券，優惠總值逾200元，包括灣景餐廳指定主菜買一送一、定小食亭的指定套餐買一送一優惠、以及遊戲區購買港幣50元攤位遊戲券，可額外獲贈一套價值港幣50元攤位遊戲券。

▼7月光顧部分食肆7折
行政會議成員、立法會飲食界議員張宇人表示，業界將於7月中，為已接種疫苗的顧客提供7折優惠，初步預料為期兩個月。
食肆員工若已全數接種一劑疫苗，或得到醫生紙確認豁免接種疫苗，餐廳可加入C區，即可營運至午夜12時及每枱最多6人；另外，食肆員工若已全數接種兩劑疫苗，或取得到醫生紙確認豁免接種疫苗，食客亦已全數接種一劑疫苗及使用安心出行，可以舉辦最多100人的宴會，每枱最多8人，有關餐廳亦可營業至凌晨兩點。
此外，如果處所確保所有員工和訪客已經至少接種第一劑疫苗，以及所有訪客均使用安心出行應用程式記錄的前提下，已接種疫苗人士可到酒吧或酒館、夜店或夜總會、浴室、派對房間和卡拉OK場所耍樂。
